Return Guarantee
We
want you to be completely satisfied with every product we
sell! If you are in any way dissatisfied with any
purchase from us, we will refund the entire purchase price
of any product you return to us within thirty (30) days of
the date of its purchase from us, regardless of the
reason. Our only requirements are that you return
all products and packaging in "like-new"
condition, that you include a copy of your original
invoice or receipt from us for the returned products, that
you call or e-mail us first and obtain an RMA number and
instructions, and that you prominently display the
RMA number on the packaging you use to send the product(s)
back to us. We will promptly refund your full
purchase price, exclusive of shipping and handling
charges, upon our receipt of the returned products.

Warranty
of Product Quality
To
further assure your complete satisfaction, we warranty
each product we sell against defects in materials or
workmanship for a full ninety (90) day period from the
date of purchase. (The shortness of this period is
dictated by VISA and MasterCard.) Our only
requirements are that you return the defective product to
us, that you include a copy of your original invoice or
receipt from us for the defective product, that you call
or e-mail us first and obtain an RMA number and
instructions, and that you prominently display the RMA
number on the packaging you use to return the defective
product to us. At our discretion, we will either
repair or replace the defective product promptly upon its
receipt.

Shipping
& Handling
Our
Shipping
and handling charges will be added to all orders at the
time you check out.
To
keep your costs as low as possible, our Standard Shipping
("USA: Standard USPS ~ 7-10 business days") utilizes the cheaper of First Class Mail or Priority Mail
by the United States Postal Service (USPS),
although we occasionally use United Parcel Service (UPS) ground or
Federal Express (FedEx) ground, especially on larger
orders. When selecting our
Standard Service, you should expect to receive your order within
7-10
business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the
date you receive an e-mail from us confirming your
order. Packages we consign to the USPS are not trackable, but do provide delivery confirmation from the
US Postal Service for all US deliveries.
STANDARD HANDLING:
Normally, we are able to process, pick, pack and consign
your order to the appropriate carrier within 1-2
business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Once we
have shipped your order, delivery times will vary
depending upon your distance from the shipping point of
the product(s) your ordered. Depending upon the
products ordered, all or part of your order may ship
from California, Texas, or Iowa.
OVERNIGHT
OR OTHER SPECIAL SHIPPING OR DELIVERY:
Should you want faster delivery than our standard
service provides, we usually can make several
options available. You may request Overnight, 2nd
Day Air, 3 Day Select, or trackable ground courier
service by selecting the appropriate
service at the time of checkout. Each S&H service
which provides for insurance and/or tracking is noted
for your convenience. We will make every effort to
pick, package and ship your order just as you request not later than the second
(2nd) regular business day
following our receipt of your order. Assuming we are able to ship as you
request, we cannot be held responsible for the actual time
it may take to deliver your order, as we have no control
over any postal service or third party freight carrier
such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express
(FedEx). While most orders do
deliver as advertised, they may in certain cases require
more time. When that is the case, we will be happy
to assist you in your efforts to recover any special
charges from the shipping company; however, please keep
in mind that our charges to you for those
service are not refundable to you from us unless the
shipping company issues the refund for such services to
us.
HOLIDAY CLOSING SCHEDULE: 2011
NOVEMBER: This year, our plant and offices will be closed on Wednesday, November 23rd through
Monday, November 28, 2011, inclusive, to celebrate Thanksgiving. Our website will continue
to operate normally, but orders placed after 5 pm on Monday, November 21st will
ship on Tuesday, November 29th, with normal operations resuming at that time.
We regret the inconvenience,
but hope you'll understand the necessity of giving all
our workers a well deserved holiday from their faithful
service.
DECEMBER: To our allow our employees to spend time with their
families during the holiday season, both our plant and
offices will be closed at noon on December 23rd,
reopening Tuesday, December 27th. We will also be closed
December 30th through January 2nd, 2012. Our
website will continue to operate normally throughout, but
orders placed after 5 pm on December 23rd will not ship
until December 27th; and orders placed after 5 pm on
December 28th will not ship until January 3rd. We look forward to serving you in the New Year.
RECOMMENDED SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY, 2011:
Normally, we require 1-2 working days, exclusive of holidays or
weekends, to pick, package, and ship your order. Our standard
method of shipping is via First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground
Service, at our option depending upon the size and content of the order.
Allowing for the varying distances that may be involved, we regularly
advise customers to allow 7-10 working days for receipt of their order
from the time they place it with us, whether on the website or by
telephone.
Of course, as the holiday season
progresses, transit times can become longer than usual. We are
now being advised by our standard shipping providers that you
can reliably expect delivery on or before December 23th of all your
orders not requesting special shipping and handling services, so
long as the order is placed by 5 pm Central Time, Wednesday, December
14th, 2011. If you need to order later, we suggest
consideration of the following schedule of alternate services according to the date you
place your order, assuming you wish to receive your order on or before
the 24th of December, the last working day before Christmas.
To assure timely pre-Christmas delivery of
your orders after 5 pm, CT, Wednesday, December 14th, we suggest the
following services at a minimum:

your order whenever you place it, even after December 24th. Do also remember
that regardless of shipping service selected, we cannot guarantee delivery on any

in the US or Canada are priced
at the time of checkout and may be viewed by clicking on
"Select Country of Destination and Delivery Options" at
the time of checkout.
SHIPMENTS
TO MORE THAN ONE LOCATION: Should you wish to
ship to more than one location, you may either enter
separate orders for each shipping address or enter
specific instructions for the various additional addresses in the "Shipping Instructions, Special Requests and/or Message" portion
of the shopping cart when you check out your order.
Separate shipping and handling charges apply to each
delivery address; so, if you choose to give us multiple
shipping directions on a single order, we will charge the
additional shipping and handling charges to the same
credit card you used for your online order, and we'll e-mail you
a copy of the charge receipt for that additional amount,
along with an explanation. If you used PayPal to pay
for your order, we'll send you a request for the
additional payment, and we'll continue processing your
order once we receive your additional payment.
SHIPMENTS
OUTSIDE USA AND CANADA: Shipping and Handling
charges are available only for shipments to the US or
Canadian locations at the time
of checkout. If you require delivery options other
than those shown, please
contact us via e-mail with the full details of your
delivery destination and we'll supply you shipping options
and appropriate prices. Optionally, if you simply enter your
order as if it were to be shipped into the USA via our
standard rates, we'll simply
charge the appropriate additional postage or freight
charges to the same credit card you originally used when
you checked out, and we'll let you know via e-mail how much more
was charged to your credit card for delivery to your
requested destination. Any import duties, fees,
charges
or taxes for any shipment to a destination outside the
US are for the account of the recipient and are not paid
or charged by us.
COLD WEATHER DELAYS:
Especially cold weather may delay the shipment of your
order. Vinyl is subject to cracking when the
weather is especially cold, so we may delay shipping
your orders including any vinyl products until the
predicted weather conditions between our shipping point
and your intended delivery location permit. Our
manufacturing plant is located in Mason City, Iowa, and
that is the customary shipping point for all our
OpenPage products.

Sales
Tax Policy
Sales
tax is not presently calculated or charged on any orders
except those for delivery within the State of Texas, USA.
Texas shipments are subject to a Sales Tax rate of 8.25%.
All customers specifying delivery destinations outside of
the United States are responsible for any and all local
taxes, import duties, imposts and/or other charges and
fees that may be due and payable upon the importation of
any order into your country of destination.

Currency
All
prices, fees and charges quoted on this website are in
United States Dollars. Please check with the
appropriate conversion rates to determine how those costs
may be converted into the currency of your domicile.
If you are paying by check, we only accept checks and money orders
denominated in United States Dollars and drawn on a United
States bank, due to our bank's high collection costs for
checks and money orders drawn on non-US institutions.
For money orders, we suggest utilizing the services of
Western Union, which as of this writing had more than
140,000 agents world wide that can provide money orders to
you denominated in US dollars. You may locate the
agent nearest you by visiting their website at
http://www.westernunion.com and clicking on "Find
Agent Location" under "Shortcuts".

Returned
Check Policy
There
will be a US $25.00 charge imposed on any and all returned
checks to cover our banking and other charges. If we
do not receive a Cashier's Check within 7 business days
following our e-mail notification to you, we will take
appropriate legal action.

following policies, guidelines and procedures with regard
to protecting that privacy.
For
